NGP-Sales won't answer e-mail or phone!

I made an order of The Golf Mat on March 21st at thegolfmat.com. The order confirmation e-mail was sen't from an address at ngpsales.com. The contact info at thegolfmat.com are also to ngpsales.com. The website, ngpsales.com is currently down for some reason, it was up just a week ago.

I've tried e-mailing the address at thegolfmat.com, I've tried e-mailing the address I got the order confirmation from and I've tried calling on both phone numbers registered at ngpsales.com.

If the order is fine and the product just out of stock, fine, but then the least they could do is inform me about this, or at least answer my requests.

What now?

I got in touch with Virtualturf, which I think is the delevoper of the product. Came across their website one day.

They told me that NGPSales is in the process of moving their production and sales division to a new facility. They expected things to be back to normal next week. So, hopefully this will have a happy outcome. Being in a moving process, I understand that things will take longer time, but I would have expected them to inform about this on the website, or at least have a functional e-mail address that can provide such information when asked.
