I feel like my local golf shop pulled off a magic trick...found me a Nike Method Series 001 35" LEFTY putter! I picked it up yesterday before my afternoon round. Great tactile and audible feedback! Lives up to the claims by Nike so far. Has anyone else had the oppurtunity to try one? What are your thoughts? I do not have much to compare to being that I am lefty and in-store selection is minimal, but I did have the oppurtunity to try a Ping Redwood and Scotty prior to the Method. I truly felt that the Method gave the best feedback and purest roll out of the 3 putters.

Congrats!

Just got a method last week and I love it!
It feels and rolls great - but the biggest plus is I feel 100% more confident over putts now. Putting is so mental.

Hope it works for you!

Love my Method.. Been putting so well with it. I feel like I can start the putt on great lines and it just rolls and rolls and rolls. It just has great feel with it, especially on lag putts. I feel like I can get the putt rolling on the correct line and then it just dies right near the hole, like it knows it is supposed to.

Great putter, absolutely love it.

Just got hold of a Nike Method 001 demo model. I rolled a few with the Nike Method on the practice green yesterday. It feels great & gets it rolling quickly. An impressive putter. The Mizuno Bettinardi BC1 may be headed to the reserves bench. Further road testing to come.

I really like the method putter! Ive tried my mates a few times, very very nice. The fell is just a little to soft for me and I can never see myself use a putter with groves. =)

Gratz on the new putter, fantasic club!

    • Day 36: back to some mirror work tonight. Need a bit more forearm roll in my feels to help with the shallowing.
    • _sigh_ so close to red text.  Went away for three days, but didn't do a practice morning-of-departure (Friday) nor evening-of-return (Sunday), so I had three misses, back to day one. Day 1, May 4 2026.  At home today, spent nearly an hour in my practice room, hitting about three dozen practice balls, primarily with my 6-iron.
    • Day 254 5-4 Arms off chest in backswing and downswing. Short swing, pause and then hit.  Hit foam balls. Keeping arching of wrist a focus as well.
    • I would think of it in terms of time. The time it takes to get the arm angle into a good position to deliver the club with proper shaft lean. Another component is rotation, but that is also a matter of timing. It relates to how the body stalls to give the golfer time to hit the ball. If you have to get 80+ degrees out of that right elbow in one third of a second versus 50 degrees in the same time then you have to steal time from somewhere. It is usually body rotation. That does not help with shaft lean.  I agree in that amateurs tend to make the swing more complicated than pro golfers.
    • I haven't been able to practice like I wanted and won't for the next week.  1. The weather sucks in Ohio this year. I have been mostly inside hitting foam balls. Just kind of my basic stuff.  2. I woke up last Saturday with a left side rib muscle on fire. If I turned or leaned a certain way it would spasm that almost buckled my knees. I have been taking a break to let that settle. I don't want to get a long term injury. I think I pinched a nerve or just aggravated a muscles.   3. I am going on a mini-vacation to Florida (screw you Ohio weather) with a friend, and rolling that into a work conference I have next week. I will be with out my clubs for a week.  I will be back next in two Fridays to hit the ground running with some warmer temps and better weather in Ohio, hopefully. I would really like to get more out on the course and the range.
