Ill try throwing my shoulder at the ball today, sounds like that'll also help in clearing of the hips

My main focus is on my game.

I had this problem too and it even sneakes in once in awhile, mainly because of weight shift, The thought I use is get you belt buckle facing at the target..! this will help with getting the proper weight shift through the ball..

once again thanks for the advice from everybody, now I just hope I don't have a hundred things running through my head the next time I play lol

Never a good Idea, that is for range time not the course..! I keep it simple when playing just a couple thoughts, slow steady take away, full turn, and belt buckle facing target..!!!

sometimes ill hit the ground on my swing about 3-4 inches behind the ball, it doesnt happen all the time but enough to frustrate me at times. thanks

Try this too at the range - just to add to the clutter.

Find a spot/mark on the driving range matt and imagine that's your ball (you could pull out the rubber tee for example and look at the hole where the tee was - visualize a ball is there). Take 3/4 and full swings looking at the "ball" and also make a note of where your clubhead strikes the ground. The clubhead should make contact with the ground a couple inches beyond the "ball" - toward the target. Keep working on this until you can consistently strike the ground an inch or two infront of the ball. Now try it with a real ball.

imagine pinching the ball between the club and the ground. sometimes a nice visualization is all it takes.

so a little update guys, went to the driving range yesterday and noticed a substantial amount of power than before just by transferring my weight towards the target. It felt so good to hit the ball so high, long and straight. Then i played 18 and im not sure if i just got tired or if the pressure of the course got to me, but it seemed like i got lazy and i started hitting the ground again or slicing atleast one shot per hole. But overall im happy i learned something from all of you that i can use =) and that is actually working for my game.

My main focus is on my game.
