Custom Fitting Advice Needed!

Hi there, I´m planning to get custom fitted for new irons and a driver...maybe a fairway wood too. The thing is that I´d love to choose the best possible place to do it in the Fort Lauderdale area, cause I plan to keep this clubs for a long long time.
My choices are Golfsmith and Edwin Watts, so the question is, which one would offer me the best and more complete service in terms of technology, helpful staff, club and shaft options, etc?.

Driver: Titleist 910D2 9.5º Regular
Irons: 4-SW Taylor Made Burner, Regular Graphite
Wedges: 60°-08 Titleist Vokey

Fairway Wood: 16º 3W Taylor Made R9 Stiff

Hybrid: Adams A4OS 19° Regular

Putter: Scotty Cameron Studio Newport 2
