Help me fix this ugly swing please.
I know I'm coming over the top, but what else is wrong?
It also seems if I'm flipping at the ball, but i do take a small divot.

First swing is a 8 iron and the 2nd is a 5iron.

5iron

Thanks

Pause the top video at 2 seconds. Hands are in front of you, club is behind you. You want the hands to be deep, and the club to be shallow. Basically, you're taking the club back flat then coming down steep.

Here, just to compare, here's where you are and where I am at the same part of the swing.

Note that my hands go back over plane, but drop down at the top of the swing. This is probably not good for everyone, but it assures I stay on plane.

To the OP
Your swing is too steep on the way down and you should try and keep your right arm a little more closer to your body and don't take the club far from your body and then bringing it in up closer to your head, it will cause problems on the downswing.
