I am in the process of looking for a new driver (Titleist or Taylormade) but I was wondering, has anyone used Adams drivers, and what are your thoughts about them. I know their used alot on the long drive tour, but I was wondering if anyone has used them.. thanks

I have the Speedline Fast 10 10.5 Matrix HD stiff. I love the driver. I hit it further and more consistantly than any of the new drivers I tested or my r7 425. If you can get a demo, give it a shot. Its a great driver. I'm glad it was recomended to me becuase I wouldnt have considered it otherwise. I just dont think Adams when I think driver. However I do now.

I'm glad this topic was brought up because I've been thinking about looking into an Adams driver as well. My Nike is starting to show some significant wear so I think I'll be in the market soon. If anyone else has some feedback, I'd be interested in hear it too.

Nikes are fragile. I've seen quite a few cracked ones. My Adams is 3 years old and showing no signs of slowing down.

Bought the original Speedline last year which setup square and hit the ball a long ways. I bought the Adams A4 9015D which sits slightly open which I love since I can swing more aggressive. I have nothing but great things to say about the Adams drivers. Definitely give them a go.

I have a Speedline, 9.5 degree stiff. I like it, but I fight a high ballflight. It is VERY straight as long as I hit it decent. The heads are very good...you may want to try several different shaft options, though.

Current Gear Setup: Driver: TM R9 460, 9.5, Stiff - 3W: TM R9, 15, stiff - Hybrid: Adams Idea Pro Black, 18, stiff - Irons: Callaway X Forged 09, 3-PW, PX 5.5 - SW: Callaway X Series Jaws, 54.14 - LW: Callaway X Series Jaws, 60.12 - Putter: PING Redwood Anser, 33in.

I also have a 9015d, and just bought another one. Absolutely great clubhead. Adams flies a bit under the radar it seems, but they make great equipment.

I just bought the new Adams Speedline or whatever it is driver.  Love it...hit it 25 yds further but I have to set it to Open on the settings for the driver head.  Love it.

      I think part of it is there hasn't been enough conclusive studies specific to golf regarding block studies. Maybe the full swing, you can't study it because it is too complicated and to some degree it will fall into variable or random.

      Going one step stiffer in the golf shaft, of the same make and model will have minor impact on the launch conditions. It can matter, it is a way to dial in some launch conditions if you are a few hundred RPM off or the angle isn't there. Same with moving weights around. A clubhead weights 200-220 grams. You are shifting a fraction of that to move the CG slightly. It can matter, again its more about fine tuning. As for grip size, this is more personal preference. Grip size doesn't have any impact on the swing out of personal preference.  You are going to spend hundreds of dollars for fine tuning. Which if you want, go for it. I am not sure what your level of play is, or what your goals in golf are.  In the end, the golf swing matters more than the equipment. If you want to go to that level of detail, go find a good golf club fitter. ChatGPT is going to surface scan reddit, golfwrx, and other popular websites for the answers. Basically, it is all opinionated gibberish at this point.

      Well the first advice I would give is to look at your swing. If you are swing out to in, it may be difficult to fix your misses with club adjustments. They would only be a bandaid. I use midsize grips because I have long fingers and I feel I have more control with them. I also have tinkered with shaft length and swing weight. But I know when I miss it’s because my swing was off.
