Received post card today offering free putter or lob wedge to test out on the course. Anyone know about this and whether there is a catch. Thoughts on Warrior clubs? Thanks

My dad ordered a set of warrior irons/woods a few years ago that were designed to emulate the Orlimar stuff when it was hot (trimetal anyone?) They were decent, but not at all great. One of the irons had a shaft split, and another had the head come off.

IMO, there are better quality clubs to spend your hard-earned money on. For my dad, it ended up being $400 wasted when he began stacking them up against other options. Last time i checked, Titleist didn't need to give the Vokey out for free to move them...

idono, looks legit here, i went all the way to the check out and read all fine print and read nothing about them charging your card 30 days or whatever after you have your free cliub.

They had an ad on facebook and during one of the Golf Channel's show's I emailed and called. When I called about the hybrid that was alledgedly free, they said they would call back in 5 minutes and never did. I am considering changing from my hogan hybrid back to a Taylor Made Railer.

Funny that you bring this up. Just got my free hybrid from them yesterday. Well you have to pay shipping and handling but that's about it. When you call them just be adamant and stern that you're only interested in the free club and nothing else.

I had absolutely no problems with them whatsoever...maybe they're trying to improve their reputation. Can't comment on the club itself though since I gave it to my brother in law.

Oh btw it took 2 months to get it
