Is core muscle memory such as leg, hip, torso easier to ingrain?

Large muscles are obviously more powerful than smaller muscles, but don't respond as quickly from stimulus or mental thought (compare blinking your eye lids to lifting your leg up and down)
I think what you are getting at is using large muscles in the forward/downswing. If you look at some of the swings of the very best golfers, they initiate core muscles of the foward swing just before the end of the backswing.

Greg Norman starting to load into his left side (contracting hip and knee extensors) before the top of the backswing

Ben Hogan making a similar move.

What do you mean, "ingrain?"

Sorry.

I meant in context of "ingrain muscle memory".
