I'm getting my Ping G10 driver shaft cut down and was wondering if I should put in a slightly larger grip size than normal because of the shaft being cut from the butt end. Thanks guys!

How much are you cutting off? if it is an inch or less then probably not. If it is feeling borderline now then just throw an extra wrap of tape on. After you shorten the club, you will have to adjust for a reduced swingweight.

Im cutting off about 1.25 inches to a 44'5 inch driver. Would i be using lead tape to adjust for the swingweight? Where do you apply it? Thanks
