I used a TM Burner Superfast driver. My driver is my best club so I want to make sure I'm getting the most out of it. I'm a 9.5 and I'm using the stock shaft. I'm not sure how to go about finding out the best shaft for my game. Can a pro shop tell me that by watching me swing?

A shop won't be able to determine what shaft is best jsut by looking at your swing. You'll need to either tinker around with shafts are the driving range to get a feel for with shaft gives you your desired trajectory/spin, but most people are best served by hitting on a launch monitor so see which shaft/head combination works best. I guess to answer your question, yes a pro shop should be able to help you out but no they won't be able to just by looking at your swing.

So if I got to pro shop and ask them to use their launch monitor they will be able to tell me what shaft will work best with the burner superfast head and my swing/game?

You will need to hit different shafts in the same head to determine which is the best. If it is your best club, why do you think you need a different shaft?

Most likely youll have to pay to get fitted for a driver shaft at a pro shop..they wont just do it for free, or else evvveerrrryyybooooddyyyyy, would line up to get fitted for a shaft for free..

I do hit it the best but I figured getting fitted with the correct shaft for my swing would only improve my driver play no?

I have no problem paying to get fitted for a shaft. I figured I would need to pay anyway.

It might, or it might not. If you already hit it well, I don't think you will get much of an appreciable difference with a different shaft. What do you want to improve upon?

See thats the thing, Im not 100% sure what I need to do to improve upon for my drive. I guess I was just under the false impression that getting a shaft tailored to your swing will just improve your overall play with that club, such as further, straighter consistent drives. My biggest problem with my drive is my consistency with a straight drive. I will tee up a hole and hit a monster straight drive and the next hole I will hit a monster slice. My biggest struggle is a consistent straight drive, I have no problem with my distance.
