i would do one of hose "stab" shots were you kind of just stab the clubhead at the ball and it sticks in the ground and the ball just pops up.

You said 15 yards to the hole but how far to the edge of the green? How much green is there to work with? The type of lie would be a big determing factor also. From what I'm picturing in my mind I agree with Gerald, drive it into the side hill.
