Callaway big bertha 2002 Irons

Odyssey DF 770

Cleveland CG12 56*, 60*

Big Bertha Warbird 3w

Great Big Bertha 11* Driver

and 20$ addidas shoes

Of course I accumulated this all over 2 years not all at once and for under 350$ total. Then again I bought all this equipment blindly with no taste for golf equipment as I just started. It just sounded good and was cheap wondering how I did.

i can remember that a couple of my buddies and me spent $300/each for Great Big Bertha driver and their fairway woods in early '90s. They are pretty solid woods, only the driver head is about 320cc comparing to 460cc nowadays. Callaway makes very good irons as well. i think you are good to go!

I really think for that price of irons you can find newer good ones.

And these are new, not a 3/10 condition. Just a thought.

Here is a nice set of used mizunos.

Or a used nike victory red full cavity.

I went the route you did a year ago at a garge sale, and it was a mistake, I replaced those within a month. You can find recent great clubs cheap, if you know where to look. I got my AP1 used for $150 in good condition off ebay from an expensive country club pro shop selling rentals(geeze sell anything that has a scratch on it.). Not to knock 3balls, but they are a rip off.

I think The Big Bertha got some good feeling, very forgiveness irons out there but, I'm not sure about the 2002 model though.

That's a good set. For starters I would look for set of irons 5 thru PW with 2 hybrids replacing the 3 and 4 irons.

I'm a big fan of hybrid like starter sets. Another option would be the Nike OSS or Standard slingshots. With these no extra hybrids needed.

BTW I've golfed for many years --6 HCP--and one of the irons sets I frequently use are the STD slingshots. Just so nice. Point and shot.

Heh heres why I should've asked first too bad I joined this forum 2years late. But actually my Irons/Driver are my favorites out of all that equipment. 7 Iron 170 and straight, I feel like I could play a whole round with 7iron/wedge/putter. Also Money isnt abundant (freaking new car killing me) so I am going to wait another 2years or so until A) I am good(hopefully) B) Have $$ for them.

Yeah the reason I bought them was all the reviews were very forgiving not that I even know what that means haha. I assume it means a bigger sweet spot on the club.
