Everyone generally only hears when a company does something wrong, but here at the sand trap I generally only see good stories posted so I will add mine.

Tuesday night I went to download my stats from my skycaddie and there was a forced update - always fun since there are generally new features.

Unfortunately for me it fried my skycaddie.

An hour with an online tech Tuesday night and another hour with another one Wednesday morning and they cant fix it (I was told to try another computer - reason for 2 sessions)

I called customer service and no questions asked they are sending me a replacement 2nd day UPS (schedule to arrive tomorrow according to UPS tracking.) All I had to give was a credit card to cover them in case I didnt send the old one in.

Not sure why their software would screw up my equipment, but I am just glad they took care of the problem so quickly.
