I've enjoyed watching some other users swings and even making suggestions on some so I thought I would post a couple of my own.

As you can see, I'm not a big guy (only 5'5") but I manage to get the ball out there a good ways. Yes, I know I have a Daly like backswing. It works for me. I've posted my drive and a 3 iron simply because that's all I have video of.

I'd be interested to hear some feedback as I am a self proclaimed student of the golf swing.

Thanks

It doesn't look like you're aiming correctly in the second video. Your feet looks like they're pointing way right but your ball goes straight down the fairway with a draw(which is good).

Yeah I usually play a closed stance and work the ball right to left. Can play left to right but it is not as natural for me.

I do have a strong grip, actually. I play a baseball grip due to a rotator cuff injury in high school. I have found that the baseball grip takes some stress off my shoulder and places it more in the forearms. It has helped to eliminate misses to the right but it does cause some pull tendencies if my timing is off.

I've been working on a few things, but mainly trying to get more lateral movement towards the target on the downswing. I feel like it has been helping my impact and ball striking consistency. I know that I have a long backswing, and to be honest I've really kind of given up trying to shorten it. It's been that way for so long it seems like a losing battle to fight it.

Feel free to comment. Taken with an iphone so I know that quality is not great.
