I was looking to reshaft my Ping G10 3 wood w/ regular shaft to a stiff flex. I was looking at the aldila RIP shaft.(which looks awesome.) Is it worth it to reshaft instead of buying a brand new 3 wood?

i dont know... is it...?
i'm confused with this question. are you asking us to make a decision for you? is it worth to reshaft? i guess if you want to.

"which looks awesome" is hardly a reason to replace the shaft. I'd get fitted for a shaft and see what shaft you should replace it with.

im not asking anyone to make a decision for me, i simply want some advice.

When i said it looks awesome it was just a comment not really stating a reason to replace the shaft. I know my clubhead speed is around 100-102. I looked at some shafts and i saw the RIP which fits into my swing. I still don't know how you are confused.

Well... To me it'd be worth it to reshaft if it was cheaper than buying a new fw that already fit your needs. If you can get a new club that fits your needs cheaper, I'd probably do that, especially since you could resell the old club or trade it in and get some value on it.
