That is Stack & Tilt for you. No "loading into the back foot" or shifting the upper body back and behind the ball, like so many instructors try to teach us.

As long as your impact position is good, it doesn't really matter how you got there. The point is that there are some ways that are easier than others. I like to say that with the "load into the back foot", you take one step back and have to take two steps forward. Doing like Sean demonstrated, you take no step back, and one step forward.

It is one of the top two problems all golfers struggle with at some point, having the weight too far back at impact. Keeping your centers centered, not moving the weight back, puts you in a position which makes it easier to get into that good impact position. And you don't have to do a whole lot either from the top. The hips move what 4-6 inches towards the target, while the upper body unwinds. As opposed to the upper body having to move 3 inches forward and lower body 8 inches.
