I am looking so forward to this event, co-sanctioned by the PGA Tour & Asian Tour. It starts tomorrow held at Mines Resort near Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia.

There's 40 players and at $6,000,000 this is absolutely massive for Asia when most tournaments on the Asia Tour are less than 1 million for full 100 player events, so this is really big.

The top 25 available FedEx Cup players are there, likes of Ernie Els, Retief Goosen, Luke Donald, Tim Clark, Rickie Fowler, Martin Laird, Adam Scott etc etc

And many of Asia's leading players will join them, people like Asia Number 1 & teen superstar Seung-yul Noh, as well as YE Yang, KJ Choi, Arjun Atwal, Mardan Mamat, Thongchai Jaidee, Tetsuji Hiratsuka, Sididkur & Charlie Wi.

It's odds on for a PGA Player to win, but I think there's some big inform names in Asia that could surprise, Seung-yul Noh, Tetsuji Hiratsuka & Sididkur, watch out for. :)

I'm enjoying watching this. Ryan Moore is playing really well. The course looks absolutely stunning too.

Ben Crane still leads, 2 shots ahead of Sweden's Petterson heading to round 4. Meanwhile Mardan Mamat of Singapore is leading Asian in T3, with Davis, Luke Donald, Ricky Barnes and Ryan Moore.

Yesterday's joint leader, Pariya Junhasavasdikul had a bad round of only Equal Par, dropping back to T8, along with others including Bangladeshi Siddikur.

The coverage is limited to 2 hours on GC? I like the course, and the fact that they are playing in some tough weather. Also the leaderboard is pretty busy with lots of flags. Ben Crane has been rockin, he went 26 holes w/no bogeys.

Really successful event for Asia, I'm so pleased. Although the Asian players didn't do too well, admitteldy!
