info: didn't pick up a club until college, so I'm mainly self-taught. I'm averaging low 90s right now.
I have a slice that is driving me mad. It's on virtually every shot. I've tried everything I can to clean it up and can't seem to make progress.

Here's a couple shots of me w/ a driver (the worst club for my slice).

Where's your weight at the top of your backswing and, perhaps more importantly, at the end of your swing?

Hint: the preview image that shows up in your face-on video shows it well.
