Hitting on side-hill lies

A course I play frequently has a particular hole has a fairway with a right to left hill (starts high on the right, goes down left). its a fairly good angle. usually i'm pretty far out on this and use a hybrid or 4I for my 2nd shot. i nearly always pull it left, it goes so far left it ends up at the bottom of the hill on an adjacent fairway.

I'm not good enough to know if I"m screwing up my shot, or if its the result of the side hill lie. (I'm right handed so the ball will be above my feet).

Basically, when you're faced with this lie, what's the best way to proceed?

Ball above your feet = hook lie. Ball below your feet = slice lie. When it's above your feet take an extra club, choke down on it a little and aim right of your target. How far right to aim depends on how steep the hill is.
