Vintage Spalding Putter - What do I have here?

My dad found an old putter in an attic he was working on, and tasked me with figuring out how old it is/whether it's worth anything. Wood shaft, the back of the club says 'Spalding' with a logo and hammer symbol, and the bottom simply says 'PUTTER 11'.

Can anyone help me out?
