Hit balls at the Sports Bubble today using the Stack and Tilt for the first time. I was pleasantly suprised that there were few misshits. For the most part I made solid contact and the ball was flying straight and what appeared to be long. Hard to tell in that environment. I started out focusing on one element of the S&T; and added from there. The swings checks worked well and I found by focusing primarily on keeping weight forward and core straight that I had good success. I really enjoyed the ability to understand the swing concepts and know what and why things were or were not working. In the past, my big problem was hitting a push even though a good strike for me produced a draw. Today with the S&T; I can't recall one push. I was consistently drawing the ball. A few times that turned into the a hook, but given that this was the first time doing anything with the S&T; other than swing exercises this wasn't suprising. Based upon today, I think I already will be hitting the ball farther and straigher with the S&T; with room to get even better. At least that is the plan. So far, so good.

I tried S&T; two times and love consistancy of swing. Hitting long iron was easier with S&T; as well. As said, knoing what and why things are working or not working is helping me tremendously to focus on what to work on to improve.
