Continual OB Provisional shots..

..what happens if your provisional goes OB..do you hit another until you're not OB? (this has been one of the sorest rules with my buddies) I say you have to hit until you're in play..he says after the 2nd provisonal you just go to the last point of entry into OB and drop with a stroke penalty.

if its a friendly round and youre holding up play, just go up a drop one.

but in a tourney, it could be a long day..
