Score Relative to Handicap on a New Course

What I am expecting is very dependent on the length and difficulty of the course.

Easy courses I expect to shoot 6-12 over.

Average courses I expect to shoot 9-15 over.

Difficult courses I expect to shoot 12-18 over.

Not knowing a course (including how the greens break) is probably worth between 5 and 10 strokes for me, all else equal.

I would say +2 or 3 on average.  I have been very lucky as 3 of my lowest rounds this past year were on first time courses (out of 5 new courses).  I am not sure why but I think I tend to play with a little more focus.
