So I am a 4 handicap I love playing golf it is only my 4th year im 20 years old and 5'6" 107 pounds can you tell me whats wrong with my swing what I can do to fx it thanks

Its kinda har to tell because of the speed of the movie but IMO you need to bend your knees some more,you look really stiff with no knee bend.If you were going to pick up 80lbs from the center of your feet thats the amount of knee bend you should have.The only other thing I can really see is tempo,look at ernie els for an example his swing is so fluid its awesome.You never did say though what your having a problem with?

I dont really have to big of a problem I sometimes go back to my old swing where i get inside and have a fade or a slice but I think my head dips to much trying to keep the still and I think I need to have a little more lag seems like I don't get the distance I can fully get.

So i slowed down my swing a little to see if I can get some help with it I know my head moves a lot been trying to work on that if anyone knows some tips I can do, and I think I tend to get a outside in swing path at times too. Give me as much advice as you can I will take it all in!
