I'm 6'2" and have known for some time that my clubs just don't fit right.  I was going to have them lengthened, but I've also heard having the club adjusted so that it's in a more upright position can help as well.  Are there any major differences in these adjustments?

I'd really recommend you see a fitter to determine what is best for your body build and swing type.   I'm also 6' 2" and my clubs are 1/2 inch longer but 1 degree flat.    I would not have ever guessed that the fitter would go flatter, but it really is the right fit for me.

If the shafts are too short for you then you might also be too close to the ball, or too bent (your back). Both shaft length and lie angle should be fit to your characteristics (arm length, wrist-to-floor distance, total height, leg length, etc.) so it really cannot be perfect by just lengthening the shaft or just changing the lie angle alone.
