Thought i throw a thread in here were you all can post what exercises you did and the benefits it had on certain aspects of your game. Just so if someone wants to fix only a certain aspect of there game.

I haven't checked out in video yet, going to be going to the golf pro here soon for my yearly check up.. But i was swinging the driver at golf galaxy the other day. I had the following results,

Golf Ball Speed increase of 5 mph, cause, circuit & resistance training with stretching. I am currently adding power traiing into my routine on my off days, gonig to see how that works. But on the circuit days we work on balance alot as well. I do feel more stable, and stronger in the core.

If i had to isolate were the power comes from,

1) better balance in the ankles and knees

2) core stability and strength

3) Legs strength extending into the ball (i am not good at this, but i believe the strength i gained helped my poor technique. Can't wait to see what its like with the right foot work)

This is a 5 mph increase from last October till Early February, so 4 months..
