Maxfli laser range finder

Has anyone used or has any experience with Maxfli's laser range finder. I see it being sold cheaper than many other range finders and I know it will not perform like a top of the line bushnell but I figure a cheap range finder is better than no range finder.

I bought it back in December.... I actually enjoy how it works. Extremely simple. However, it seriously blows through batteries like you wouldn't believe. I read that it goes through batteries before I bought it but I thought, "How bad can it really be?". Well..... it's bad. One brand new battery lasted me two rounds. I pretty much don't use it now. Or when I do use it, I have to pull the battery out in between uses, which is a huge hassle. I'm not talking about pulling the battery out between rounds, I'm talking about between shots. I'm looking for better ones now. Looks like $300 is what we need to spend.
