Do you experience similarities between golf and the twists and turns of life?

I really don't see any similarities between golf and life. For me, golf is just a game. I really enjoy playing,but I really don't see any higher value. Golf for me, is a diversion from life. I am 56 years old,and if I could play baseball or hockey as well as I could when

i was 18, I might not even play golf.I really don't see a spiritual aspect in golf as some people do. My results are usually fairly good, but I really care very little about my score. I just enjoy walking 18 with friends.

Each hole is a new beginning.

Sometimes a perfect beginning ends up in trouble.

Sometimes a horrible beginning turns out really well.

Misfortune isn't always our fault but sometimes it is.
