Such thing as a "tougher" urethane ball?

I'm curious if some urethane covered balls are considered tougher than others? I've played prov1, penta, callaway tour, etc. and I like the balls, but the covers are garbage, and @ ~$4 a ball the extra spin isn't worth it. Are any other ones beefier?

I've never had a trouble with cover durability on the Wilson Staff FG Tour balls. Sure, I tend to lose them after 5 or 6 holes, but during that time they're great.

You might go to the Srixon site and visit the link on golf balls and ball-fitting. If you go through it slowly and take notes, it might take you a half hour. It's an interesting science class that tells you how variations in the cover, core, and intermediate layers influence the speed, height and spin of a golf ball.
