Is what I've been hearing for a little while.  I use the Cobra F Speed LD driver.  It has a stiff shaft and when I swing, appearantly, it bends way too much.  i say way too much, because my hits are either well liked, when everything comes together or way to the right.  My avg. drives are 250-270 range.  I do understand that at times my hands get out faster and do not allow the clubhead to catch up, resulting in an ugly slice, but others offer observations that the flex might be too much.  I consider my swing 'repeatable', and was considering a extra still shaft.  Any ideas or suggestions before I venture out to a launch monitor or demo-day?

EDIT: After looking at Eric's "Ball Flight" diagram, my misses are the "H", push, or "I" push fade, assuming that the letters furthest to the right and left of the diagram is the width of the fairway.

So it seems that my 'stiff' shaft on the Cobra isnt really a STIFF shaft at all.  A friend loaned me an old driver of his which is indeed a stiff shaft and also a 10.5 degree loft, where as mine was 9.  I must say..what a differance..much higher launch however it seem to have lost a little in length.  Thats is just fine w/me tho to play in the short grass is much more interesting when on a regular basis.  thanx for all the input (facetious).
