Im struggling to find the perfect combo for my driver  r7 quad ht never really got on well with it came with the nv 65 and hate the high kick point and stiff tip.  Currently just the other day got an NVS 55x which is nice and forgiving I like the weight but even in the x it still has a tendancy to balloon still have to test it more though.  I got a 909f2 with the voodoo in regular and absoulutely love it its perfect.Rather than just buy that shaft for my driver il b better of just buying a new one or even second hand one with it in it.Any suggestions? I dont mind the vr pro, like the superdeep and supertri would like something newer and forgivingish.

Trying them out is also pretty much impossible over here there is virtually no selection and hate the monitor cause Id have to hit into a net with ppl watching which gives me no feedback watsover.

Don't underestimate a custom club fitting, even on a "monitor."  That will tell you, scientifically, all sorts of numbers that you won't be able to see by just hitting at a range. (i.e. ball speed, swing speed, spin).

Only then will you find a perfect fit driver/shaft combination.

I have been custom fitting for years, and many people doubt it.  Give it a try.
