What do you have for wedges besides the PW?  What is the loft on the PW?  You have 13 clubs listed, so even if you keep all of them, you can add one more for the 14 club limit.

Also, you may decide to remove the 2 and 3 irons for another hybrid or wood (don't know the lofts of your listed woods), so you could add a couple of wedges to round out the club set.

Getting a sand wedge and or gap wedge may be a good idea for greenside chipping, flops, tight lies when caught short-sided, etc.

A sand wedge would be a good addition. Don't worry about going over the 14 club limit unless you're playing for money, but also don't think you "have to" take them all with you every time.

With the SW, your set-up should be good.  After a few rounds, you will know better if you need to tweak some more (replace the harder to hit long irons with another hybrid).

Man, those irons have that old school look - good luck with them.

Sean,  add this logo to your list:

Yep, after about 5 buckets at the range I can strike them well if I don't slice it lol, they feel really good for such an old iron, are these the cream of the crop for spalding back in the day?
