PLEASE HELP ME - FAKE SCOTTIES?

I am very interessted in buying one of these two putters on ebay, but i just can't figure out if they are real or not? Please help me. :-)

The one that has not yet ended I would steer clear from looks fake to me.

The sellers feedback score seems high but alot of it is seller feedback with him as buyer. Also many of the items are not at all related to any of the sports from his store.

Another good tip off is the grammar, its not correct at all.
