Pound Ridge Golf Course - Pound Ridge, NY

Just trying to get some opinions and experiences from people from TST to see who's played here before. I've heard great things about it and this spring/summer i'm looking to head up to NY with my fiancee and play some golf while she does some shopping/spa/blah blah stuff.

anyone play here?

Pound Ridge is a  pretty and inetesrting course. It is on a small piece of property so the holes are squeezed in and the some of the fairways are pretty tight. You will need to be straight off the tee. The land is rolling and scenic. It is a good, but not great course. Bethpage is a better option if you are visiting the NY metro area . However, there are not many public options in the Westchester/Fairfield area so it is a good choice by default. It is expensive.
