Lucas Glover - Why doesn't he hit more greens?

I was watching Lucas Glover's swing after he won the Wells Fargo Championship and noticed how similar to John Senden's it looked in terms of arm plane, downcock, float-loading, and tempo.  Lucas' seems a bit more extreme with a much later wrist set, so a much more drastic angle occurring between the top of the backswing and the downswing. I know that can be difficult to control.  Do you think this is why he doesn't hit as many greens as Senden?

Seems to be a very 'timey' swing. 'Timey' isn't always timely.
