Gaps in hybrid lofts

I am a junior player who is looking for some new woods. Below are my current distances and lofts. I'm only 5'3" so I'd probably get the shafts cut down an inch or so. Driver (11 degrees)- 230-240 3 wood (15 degrees)- 210 5 wood (19 degrees)- 185 4 iron (24 degrees)- 165 I only have to money to replace the 3 wood, but also want to possibly take out the 5 in exchange for a hybrid like 20-22 degrees to fill the gap. What loft should I choose? What wood/hybrid systems to you guys play? Also I was thinking cleveland mashie m1 to replace the 3 wood and an m3 or m4 for the hybrid. What I try to envision in my set as a driver and all irons. Start with a 1-Iron which is 15-16 degrees, and make the appropriate gaps in loft based on the gaps between the irons. As a junior though, you likely have tons of flexibility to get longer irons up in the air. Keeping a 4 or maybe even 3 iron in the bag might not be a bad idea as you progress through the early stages of your career. They're difficult to hit, but deadly accurate if you can do it right. A 2 and/or 3 hybrids are fantastic clubs to carry regardless of age. As for the m1 or 1 hybrid, you'll probably find more of an advantage with a low-profile 3 wood. The Burner Superfast 2.0 and the original Callaway Diablo have some shallow faces and are incredibly easy to get off of the ground, even at lofts like 13 and 14 degrees. The Diablo 3W is a fantastic option if money is a bit of an issue, you can find the original model new or used for probably under $80. For hybrids, I hate to jump on the bandwagon, but you just can't beat Adams.

Best recommendation is to find your local PGA Professional and get fitted for what works best for you!

Thanks for the help.  I ended up getting a 20.5 degree hybrid and it's my new go to club.  Even shot my best round today!
