Just joined today.  I have been "out of the game" for about 7 years or so.  I played a "scramble" tournament last month and my addiction seems to have returned....

My name is alii1959 and I am an addict.  There I said it.

Since then I have played 5 rounds.  The first four were in Tennessee while visiting my daughter.  Four rounds in 6 days, four courses I had never been to before, walked all of them....wanted more.  Shot between 91 & 84, somewhat forgiving for having not played, but the fire is building.

Looking for a new home course, thinking about Bartam Trail Golf course near my home, will probably join soon.

I am an addict.  I have fallen off the wagon.

I vow to never get back on the wagon again.

Keep it in the short grass.

Yea, same here.  My dad and his golfing buddies kept prodding me to go, and I kept saying no because I knew this would happen.  Now here I am...up on e-bay all night trying to upgrade my equipment a bit and ducking out of work at 4pm to get out golfing before the after work crowd.
