Hey guys, for those of you still playing small headed drivers such as the 9.5* mizzy 001 375cc, do you hit the ball much farther with that vs newer 3 woods such as the 15* superfast? I hit short faced drivers well and tall 460cc drivers like crap, im sure its mental but id like to know if I will even gain much yardage over my 3w....any thoughts or similar drivers to suggest? Thanks!

Theoretically their is no reason for an old driver to be significantly shorter then a newer one if you hit the sweet spot. Even a wood driver hit perfectly should carry farther then even a modern 3 wood in theory. In practice though is a different matter so hard to say in your situation.
