Ive been hitting my driver pretty good lately, but when I swing with good speed the ball goes right. Its usually straight and not a slice, could this be from too much flex in the shaft and the head's not getting around? Or could it be my grip, I dont really have this problem with my steel shaft irons.

Have you measured you height, wrist to floor distance and put it into a online club fitting program? It honestly could be too stiff, if going right, it also may be as simple as lifting your head when you swing harder and not staying down in your swing posture. I would research club fitting. Also if you hit an 8 iron 155 or more you should be using an S flex shaft. Play around with these different ideas, it is most likely easily curable.
