I too am looking for new irons. I plan on playing some touranments this year in an effort to travel the world. My favorite irons so far are the Callaway x-forged and tour x-20 and the Taylormade r7 TP. Runner up are the Cleveland CG4.

I think you have a great selection of irons listed in your post and you really couldn't go wrong with either of them. I would simply narrow it down to which feel better and which irons you can manage your distance and workability.

But...... I would strongly suggest that you check out the Mizuno line of irons; MP60's, MP32's and MP67's. I've played the X-forged, R7TP's and the X-20 Tours, and the Mizuno MP32's were leaps ahead in feel, workability and forgiveness. Good Luck. and let us know.
