My last four rounds i shot 112-122-120-122 and my game was going to pieces 3 weeks ago i staryed going to the range and i broke my swing down to the absolute basics, i then adopted stack and tilt as my preference and just practiced, to begin with i just hit balls, no target practice, just ball striking and grooving things, then i moved onto targets After i felt consistent and ready i hit the course tonight, a par 72 that was rock solid dry And shot 95, scored 36 points stableford playing off a 24 handicap! My best round ever! And only the second time ive broken 100! Im now drawing my driver instead of slicing, im hitting my long irons crisply with a slight draw and my short irons are flying high and straight I have NEVER hit the ball so cleanly and taken divots before Admitedly my putting was atrocious and my distance control equally as bad which lead to alot of droped shots But im still super stoked and cant stop smiling, I took all my inspiration and thoughts from the threads on here, mostly from iacas, but also from fellow members Thank you so much, i have never enjoyed a round of golf quite so much

went out again last night and shot 99, still not great, but consistent for where my practice has taken me,

quickly on my buy agenda is a 52 degree wedge and 56 degree wedge as i only have a PW and LW at present

also need a new putter, the one i have feels like swinging a brick, no touch or feel with it, so will buy a decent putter soon once i have tried a few,

only problem now is its getting darker earlier so will have to drop to 9 holes soon :(

getting there though!!! still super stoked with my game, only had one bad contact last night, high score was due to putting, distance control, some dam bad luck with plugs in bunkers
