First Golf Lesson with Ex-Tour Pro

Are you sure it would be a "Complete restructure?"  And don't worry about learning to golf all over again.  I would think the changes would be small yet effective.


Thanks for the info! Well both professionals so far say that my swing is actually very fluid and nice to look at, but unconventional in the way that I've learned how to score without taking divots and getting my drives off the tee 300ft in the air lol and clearing tree-lines with my 4i. I am pretty consistent and don't top/chunk the ball. The pro did happen to say that from all my years of picking the ball off of the turf, that this may be why my short game is struggling. Faced with a shot from deep rough with a wedge makes it mentally hard to concentrate when you know you have to get down on the ball. I've been practicing a lot more with my PW and SW though and may even consider picking up a LW around 58-60° with 10° bounce.
