What is the most exotic course you have played?

I felt inspired to post this following the 'most exclusive'...most this and most that course...etc, etc..So where is the most exotic place you have played??

For me 1 course stands out:

The Bukit Jambul Country club is on Penang.....a Malaysian island.

To get there, all you need to do is fly 14hrs from LA-Taiwan....then fly from Taiwan to Singapore.....Then Singapore to Penang Malaysia.  Plan on 30-38hrs travel time depending on the length of layovers....and you're there!!

A jungle tropical paradise with wild monkeys in the trees and very large komodo dragons running all over the place.  Fun stuff!!! It's a Robert Trent Jones layout....of course....LOL...this man has courses EVERWHERE!!!!!!!

Haha I went to high school in Singapore and my family used to vacation in Penang! Very cool. Didn't play golf then though . I would say the most exotic I have played is Pinehurst No.2 after restoration. I had the luxury of doing this because I was a guest with a friends (would never be able to afford it otherwise), and being in that environment was just fabulous. I know, i know, its only measly North Carolina, but it felt like absolute heaven.
