Looked at buying the #2 18* (w/ GD YS Hybrid shaft) to replace my current Rescue Dual TP. It seemed to have the impact sound I like just like my current X Tour Fairway... However it seemed one or two degrees closed although Callaway states that it's squre faced. Could someone clarify the above and give a short review aobut this club? Thanks in advance.

I've recently spent a lot of time hitting hybrids and the X is probably one of my favorites. It probably has the hottest face out of any of the hybrids I hit, this was in comparison to the hibore hybrid, the g5 and rapture. Like you mentioned it has the best sound out of any of them as well. Currently I'm trying to decide whether I want to put the hibore in my bag or the X, I'm getting the ball up a lot easier with the hibore but im getting a couple more yards out of the X.
