I know they sell a golf TRX dvd but I've read nothing but bad reviews for it.  If anyone has one they do or has a link to a good program, please let me know.

Thanks,

Patrick

Thanks for the heads up Doc.  I'm looking for TRX specific workouts b/c I just got one of these things and want to utilize it.  Going to keep looking around.  I'll be sure to check out www.GolfConditioningNow.com as well.

If you have the time, I would recommend doing two back to back. There is a TRX flexibility workout, which I think is essential for golfers. This isn't tough as far working up a sweat, but it really stretches you out, and has increased my swing flexibility substantially. I then follow this up with the TRX Cardio workout. You will need a jump rope for this one in addition to the TRX. This workout will improve strength in your legs, core and arms. This one will kick your *#s. Do this four times a week and you will be in great shape after 90 days. I have a bad back (two herniated disks that have been operated on) and this workout has my back feeling great! I can easily play 54 holes in a weekend with no issues. Go to www.fitnessanywhere.com for more info.

There is a 6 part series on YouTube from the kids at the IMG Academy. www.youtube.com/watch?v=25kg9PfPNSY

That is part 1.

    • I've been putting whilst looking at the hole and it's definitely helped my distance control
    • I wonder if that is why my home course basically have no stakes now.  Not even markers.  It’s completely up to golfers to remember what is OB and hazard and how things used to be marked.     Even in tournaments, there is no marking and certain areas are played differently by different golfers who either don’t know better or use it to their advantage funny reading thru this with courses that actually have markers
    • is it though?????? "Millions of fans"?????
    • Great post, thanks for the informaiton. I try to avoid adding salt to anything I eat. I tend to add pepper on to my meals as opposed to salt. And I am trying to eat as clean on possible. On golf day, I eat 3 eggs for breakfast (pepper NO salt) and a salad for lunch, with grilled chicken thigs (pepper, garlic, no salt). I have been trying to avoid processed food, but we all slip. I also should have mentioned that the electrolyte packet calls for mixing with 16 oz of water, however I mix in 32 oz of water, so I dilute the electrolyte powder.
    • So if I read the news correctly, the PIF will not fund LIV after this season.  LIV is trying to find new funding and a number of players there are now asking about getting back to the Tour.    I am very, very concerned that Taylor Gooch will not have a place where he can make a jackass out of himself soon
