I'm familiar with the idea of getting lag on the club to produce the highest club head speed, but I'm not familiar with the term "lag pressure".  I've seen this used in a number of threads now and I'm curious to know exactly what it was.  Can someone please explain?

Basically, it's the maintaining of PP#3 during the golf swing. (see iacas' big list of golf terminology) This video is from Lynn Blake, he might have one of the best understandings of lag pressure.
