What is Lag Pressure?

I'm familiar with the idea of getting lag on the club to produce the highest club head speed, but I'm not familiar with the term "lag pressure".  I've seen this used in a number of threads now and I'm curious to know exactly what it was.  Can someone please explain?

Basically, it's the maintaining of PP#3 during the golf swing. (see iacas' big list of golf terminology) This video is from Lynn Blake, he might have one of the best understandings of lag pressure.       I think 95% is more accurate. The leader of our course rating program shot from the hip and said 90%, but I recently read elsewhere that it is more like 95%. So we spend 4 hours or more on a course with a team of 6 to 8 people to figure out the last few rating strokes as to whether they exist or not due to difficulty. I credit this site/forum for getting my interest up in volunteering for my state association. I am marshalling for the US Mid Am qualifier later this morning 15 min from my home. We get shirts, hats, 1/4 zips, a cart with our name on it, a radio, lunch and unlimited snacks all while watching some great golfers. 🙂

      Day 2: August 12.  I did 25 balls of the ruler drill from LSW for putting.  24 of the 25 stayed on the ruler through 36" but some were smoother than others.  I suspect if the ruler (and goal) had been 48" far fewer would have stayed on.  I'm trying to go by sound, and not look, since when I attempt short putts, I don't want to look (although now I wonder if that's conventional wisdom that turns out to be wrong).
