I have my own golf ball retriever...

My dog loves chasing after golf balls. He likes to go find them and then heard them all into one spot and lay next to them. He just started doing this on his own. It cracks me up!

Anyone else have any dogs out there that do the same?

we goto the woods next to the course down the road

and he searches for balls.

i can hit up to a pw (145 yds) and it is amazing to watch how he either hears

it in the air or watches it but he is usually accurate

That's so cool how he knows to get out of the way as soon as you start your backswing (but the waggles don't fool him).
