Those of you who use push/pull carts, can you recommend one? I'm thinking about the Bag Boy Express 180 for $149.

I have the Sun Mountain Speed Cart, but I think they're very similar to each other. I highly recommend the Speed Cart, I am so happy that I made the decision to invest in one of these. Not long after getting the Speed Cart I picked up a new Sun Mountain SCB (Speed Cart Bag) and will never again carry my bag while playing golf. This baby fits right into the cart like a glove and has so much room for everything you'd imagine!!

BagBoy does not compare to the Sun Mountain. If you play more then 9 holes a week, you want the Sun Mountain. Take the BagBoy and give it a gentle push... do the same with the SpeedCart... the SC will travel double the distance. As Fletch said, "it is all in the bearings." (ok, that's not the exact quote...)

      I wonder if that is why my home course basically have no stakes now.  Not even markers.  It’s completely up to golfers to remember what is OB and hazard and how things used to be marked.     Even in tournaments, there is no marking and certain areas are played differently by different golfers who either don’t know better or use it to their advantage funny reading thru this with courses that actually have markers

      Great post, thanks for the informaiton. I try to avoid adding salt to anything I eat. I tend to add pepper on to my meals as opposed to salt. And I am trying to eat as clean on possible. On golf day, I eat 3 eggs for breakfast (pepper NO salt) and a salad for lunch, with grilled chicken thigs (pepper, garlic, no salt). I have been trying to avoid processed food, but we all slip. I also should have mentioned that the electrolyte packet calls for mixing with 16 oz of water, however I mix in 32 oz of water, so I dilute the electrolyte powder.

      So if I read the news correctly, the PIF will not fund LIV after this season.  LIV is trying to find new funding and a number of players there are now asking about getting back to the Tour.    I am very, very concerned that Taylor Gooch will not have a place where he can make a jackass out of himself soon

      It is a known technique, similar to the armed forces box technique. They use a 4x4 , in through the nose and out through the mouth. I use it to go to sleep fairly often. It works for me
