Replacement shafts

I have a set of Cleveland TA4 irons with the stock tour action stiff shafts, and was interested in replacing them with steel shafts for more control, first off can this even be done? And secondly, are there any special considerations to be made? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

In the bag:

of course you can switch the shafts on your irons. and as for consideration of new shafts i would go to a club maker/fitter to see which flex, trajectory, and weight would be optimum for you and the tip diameter of your irons are

Driver: 10.5* SuperQuad TP 1st Edition All Black V2 Stiff
5 Wood - 585.h 19* DG S300
Irons: 3-PW S59 Stiff
Wedges: Rac TP 52*, 60* MP-T 56*
